Miss Jinnyz Quick Gourmet Grits
This is a great base for your favorite Shrimp & Grits recipe and a wonderful substitute for polenta or mashed potatoes.
2 Cups water
½ Cup quick grits
6 oz. Smoked Gouda cheese cubed
¼ tsp. Turmeric
2 tbsp. Brala’s Best Garlic Whip
Salt to taste
Stir the grits into boiling water in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add turmeric and cheese and cook until the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in BBGW and salt to taste.

Claire's Quick and Garlicky Crab Dip
This is a great low carb recipe that can be served hot or cold. To keep it low carb, serve with low-carb vegetable or cheese chips, or if carbs aren’t an issue, with your favorite crackers or bread.
16 oz. (2 packages) Cream cheese (room temperature)
4 tbsp. Brala’s Best Garlic Whip
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise or Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded cheese (optional, if serving hot; Cook’s choice)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (to taste; Old Bay seasoning can also be used)
1 lb. Fresh lump crab meat (drained)
2 tbsp. Scallions or chives (chopped)
Parsley and/or paprika for garnish
Mix thoroughly. To serve cold, add to a plate, form into a dome, garnish, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. To serve hot, spread into a 9” x 13” glass pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish and serve with chips, crackers, crostini or fresh bread.

Rita's Succulent Baked Grouper
Arrange the fish fillets in a lined pan skin side down. Spread BBGW on the fish and top with seasoned breadcrumbs and crushed pecans or parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 325° for about 15 minutes until the grouper is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Ryan's Spaghetti with Oil
and Garlic
For this quick version of Aglio e Olio, mix several heaping tablespoons of BBGW into extra virgin olive oil and stir it into hot pasta. Sprinkle with black pepper and top with freshly grated parmesan or a mixture of parmesan and Romano cheeses and toss. You can also add halved grape tomatoes and basil for an extra flair. Quick and delicious!

Paul's Egg (Fish or Chicken)
Salad
Start with your own favorite tuna, salmon, chicken or egg salad. Add a spoonful or two of BBGW for a more complex and interesting flavor. Or just spread it on the bread for a tasty salad sandwich. You can also jazz up a simple store bought salad. If you want to make a really exceptional tuna fish or salmon salad, bake a piece of fresh fish and then make your salad. Leftover turkey also works well.

Elaine's FLP (Fine Leftover
Potatoes)
Cut up leftover baked potatoes, hash browns, French fries, home fries or tater tots. Fry up some diced peppers & onions and when soft add the potatoes and a tablespoon of BBGW. Season if desired and serve. For a heartier side, add cooked sausage, ham or bacon.
